I try to find a way to layout the points of all diagramm links in that way, that there is no overlapping of links. In my scenario this is a separate layout step that the user shall be execute. Are there any solutions within the GoXam library to realize that?

The general answer is no, but in particular situations there are choices that would reduce the occurrence. It depends on the port and link properties, the layout, the graph structure, and the locations of the nodes.
