Compatibility with Sharepoint?

Has anyone been successful with getting GoDiagram working in a Sharepoint environment?
DETAIL FOLLOWS:
We have a Sharepoint (web parts) / ASP.Net 3.5 web application that we need programmatic/dynamic generation of network diagrams from our database data. We need ajax-like callbacks to our server -- e.g. we use ComponentArt's web controls and our ajax-based callbacks require us to associate the component art web control (e.g. a grid) with the callback.
