Somehow, when I’ve installed the GoSilverlight1315beta.msi package, I’ve deleted the original msi.
I can neither uninstall - or - install the latest version !!!
Does anyone have access to it still ?

I’m surprised that you are unable to uninstall that unsupported beta version.
I have temporarily made it available again at http://www.goxam.com/kits/GoSilverlight1315beta.msi
I hope that helps you uninstall so that you can install the latest (supported) version.
