Margin Problem After Dropping

We will investigate this today.
What version of GoSilverlight are you using?
I do recommend using the latest version, 1.3.3.

Hi Walter , I was not using the latest version . I tried to update Goxam .After install last version , I updated the reserences .But I am keeping an error which says:

Error<span =“Apple-tab-span” style=“white-space:pre”> 1<span =“Apple-tab-span” style=“white-space:pre”> Unknown build error, ‘Cannot resolve dependency to assembly ‘System.Windows, Version=5.0.5.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7cec85d7bea7798e’ because it has not been preloaded. When using the ReflectionOnly APIs, dependent assemblies must be pre-loaded or loaded on demand through the ReflectionOnlyAssemblyResolve event.’

I suppose , GoSilverlight.dll is related with System.Windows.dll . I haven’t got enough time , because of it ,I tried to return old verison , this time it gives the same error for System.Windows.dll for a different version (Version=2.0.5.0 )

Error<span =“Apple-tab-span” style="white-space: pre; "> 1<span =“Apple-tab-span” style="white-space: pre; "> Unknown build error, ‘Cannot resolve dependency to assembly ‘System.Windows, Version=2.0.5.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7cec85d7bea7798e’ because it has not been preloaded. When using the ReflectionOnly APIs, dependent assemblies must be pre-loaded or loaded on demand through the ReflectionOnlyAssemblyResolve event.’

I have one more question. After any node(which includes grid ) is expanded , when user goes to another page in project , and returns to the page back, the page is loaded with its last appearence (I mean the expanded nodes should be seen as expanded, whatever it is) . How can I control this situation?

Thanks for the replies in advance…

Are you sure your project is targeting Silverlight 5?

If you are, then you can use the Northwoods.GoSilverlight.dll whose version number is 1.3.3.5.

If your project is targeting Silverlight 4, then you will need to use the Northwoods.GoSilverlight.dll whose version number is 1.3.3.4.

I am sure , we are using Silverlihgt 5 version. As I said , I tried to return old version which I work before, It gives me thr same error. I am not sure but,
Northwoods.GoSilverlight.dll should be related with System.Windows dll. It gives me the error about this dll. The error says
dependent assemblies must be pre-loaded or loaded for System.Windows.dll

Another thing I don’t understand about your system: my Silverlight 5 System.Windows.dll is version 5.0.61118.0, not 5.0.5.0. Is your Silverlight 5 installation (and Silverlight 5 tools, in general) out of date?

I have installed Silverlight Toolkit December 2011 version .Actually this reference problem can be wait for some time , my second problem is more important Walter. Do you have any idea about that situation ?

Well, I do not believe that I have ever seen that error message before.

But if you search the web, you will find lots of people who have.

System.Windows.dll is definitely Silverlight, but version 2.0.5.0 sounds like Silverlight 2, which is ancient and is not a version that GoXam has ever officially supported.

Version 2.0.5.0 sounds more like the regular .NET Framework version 2. But WPF does not use that DLL filename.

You are most probably right …I will work on your suggestion. This problem can be wait for some time Walter…I have another question which I should solve early as possible…
After any node(which includes grid ) is expanded , when user goes to another page in project , and returns to the page back, the page should be loaded with its last appearence (I mean the expanded nodes should be seen as expanded, whatever it is) .The page’s last status must be loaded when page is loaded after returning.
How can I control this situation?

You probably need to data-bind:

go:Group.IsSubGraphExpanded="{Binding Path=Data.IsSubGraphExpanded, Mode=TwoWay}" go:Group.WasSubGraphExpanded="{Binding Path=Data.WasSubGraphExpanded, Mode=TwoWay}"
That way the information is stored in your model, which presumably you are saving and reloading between pages.
