Has anyone has luck deploying the application using this method? I am on GoDiagram 2.4.1.1 and 1.1 Windows Forms.

That should work fine, as long as you do not have .NET 2.0 installed on the client machine, due to some incompatible security permission exceptions that .NET now raises.
Did you follow the directions regarding no-touch deployment?
