Org Chart Editor - Data import

Hi. I want to change Org Chart Editor so it would read from JSON file into textarea that is now there. I would also like to save to that JSON file when i click the Save button.

I don’t know what else to try. I tried to use everything to read from with ajax and jquery but nothing worked.
