By default, after loading diagram with a default layout, all blocks shift to left-top and a block with minimal x,y values shift to coordinate {0,0}. If I understand your situation correctly, I suggest you set Diagram.HorizontalContentAlignment and VerticalContentAlignment to “Stretch”.
