When opening large Diagram with ForceDirectedLayout the view automatically scrolls to bottom

When opening large Diagram with ForceDirectedLayout the view automatically scrolls to bottom.
is there any way to stop it and let the user see the top view of the diagram.

Have you tried setting Diagram.InitialDocumentBoundsSpot and/or Diagram.InitialPanelSpot?
