Another feature demonstrated in version 1.3 is the ability to have an in-place Print Preview.
Here’s a screenshot of the Entity Relationship sample (“ER Diagram”):
The purple grid shows the page boundaries, so that the user can easily see that some nodes might be cut off by page breaks.
The EntityRelationship sample supports control-mouse-wheel for zooming in and out, as is normal. But it also supports control-shift-mouse-wheel for changing the print scale. In this case the apparent size of the diagram does not change, but the effective size of each printed page does change.
