Is it possible to add a horizontal scroll within a panel which is being used inside a palette?

Yes, it is possible, but I would advise against it – the goal should be to make it easy to see everything that the user can drag out.
Can you share with us a screenshot or two showing how you want it to work?
Within the accordion we can have multiple rows.
xxx(1), xxx(2) columns will be 10… so need to show horizontal scroll . the greyed out column should be fixed
Maybe it would be easier if you implemented it all in HTML instead of using a Palette.
