Allow palette Scroll for Touch but not for mouse

Hi,

I would like to scroll a palette list for touch events and at the same time it should not get scroll for mouse events.
Is that possible?

I suppose that’s possible, but that’s very unusual. I’m not sure what would need to be done.

I want to scroll the palette by touching inside the palette region. By default, it is working fine for touch but i want to disable that feature for mouse. If you long press the mouse left button inside the palette and move the mouse , the pallette is getting scrolled. I want to disable this feature alone. Is that Possible?

By using scroll bars, i can do scroll using touch and mouse and thats not the issue.
