I have a lot of nodes and links on a document, over 1000 nodes typically. Is there anything that you would suggest to speed up auto layout? currently it is taking about 5 minutes on a p4-2.4 machine to perform a force directed auto layout. With a lower number of nodes/links it is very fast… but when you get over 700 nodes and 250 links it seems to come to a crawl.
