It’s basically the currently supported version of each browser.

What is the minimum version of Chrome / Chromium needed for GoJS 3.0.8? In the version from 4 years ago, the app was not loaded at all after the upgrade from GoJs 2.x.
Yes, GoJS version 3.0 uses features supported by all evergreen browsers. I suggest that you use the latest 2.3 version.

2.3? I upgraded to version 3.0.8.
The version ‘4 years ago’ I talked about is 85, and as I said, the app is now not loaded due to GoJS. I wish the closest to 85 version for GoJs 3.0.8 would be supported.
That would be GoJS version 2.3.18 – it supports all versions of Chrome, except for a few versions in which Chrome had a serious bug.
GoJS version 3 probably works well on Chrome 85, although I cannot be sure. But we made some minor incompatible changes to GoJS in order to adopt modern JavaScript standards. Please read: Change Log | GoJS
