Can't Unlock GoDiagram Enterprise

My computer is Vista (Korean).

Original Computer Name is "DEBOP-VISTA" but License Manager received unlock code as "DEBOPVISTA".
Received unlock code is invalid.
so, change my computer name to "DEBOPVISTA" and request unlock code
but same message "Code is Invalid" at unlock processing.
Please help me.

We’ve double checked the codes being sent, and they are correct. Make sure the date/time on your machine is correct, and make sure you are entering the proper code for the SKU (ngobase, etc).

  1. delete registry items for Previous trial version
2. Unlock
success!!!
