Create an object with an image and a label

Hi,
I'll brand new with nwoods components and I have a small question (I didn't find the solution in User Guide).
Witch object should I use to create a rounded rectangle with an image inside (on the left) followed by a label (on the right)? This object (the rectangle) must increase if the text gets bigger, but it can’t change the size of the image. It must create something like the picture below:<?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

<?: prefix = v ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" />

If possible, can you send me an example of code to create such an object?
