I want to find out if there is away of getting the link to stick to the edge that iIm dragging it to instead of it rerouting it to the top.

My guess is that you haven’t set GraphLinksModel.linkToPortIdProperty and linkFromPortIdProperty on your model. Please read GoJS Ports in Nodes-- Northwoods Software
