Download to png not working with zoom out with more data

HI,
Please find the environment details:

GO JS Version: GoJS v1.6.0-beta5
Operating System: Win 7
Browsers: IE, Chrome, Mozilla

We want to download go js layout to png with more data. When we zoom out the layout not able to download to png where as if we zoom in able to download. Can you please check attached screenshots for references. I thought to send total POC to you, i am not able to attach ZIP file in this forum.

First, I should make it clear that we are no longer supporting prerelease versions of 1.6. Or any prerelease version, really. Please update to the latest version.

How are you creating the image? I hope you have carefully read GoJS Making Images -- Northwoods Software.
