Dragging entire diagram + hiding load effect

I have a couple of questions :

  1. How do I hide the loading effect of the initial load of a diagram (part where they’re constructed with a sliding effect) ?

  2. Is it possible to enable dragging the entire diagram when left clicking + holding + dragging around in any white space? (similar to PDF files where a hand cursor becomes visible)
