E-mail now required in profile

We're making a couple of policy changes to the forum.

As before, membership is required to post a new topic, but not to read them. However, an E-mail address is now required to activate a new membership.

People doing new evaluations are welcome to support here with a membership.

For on-going support under subscription, we are going to start requiring a E-mail address in the profile. We’d prefer that you use a corporate domain for this, not a gmail or similar account. (It makes it easier for us to look up orders.)

E-mail addresses are private unless you choose the “show my E-mail” option.
