Go Diagram installation

Hi,

I am trying to install GoDiagram Win 2.2.2 setup.

I am working on Windows XP OS,

I have .Net framework 1.1 and 2.0 installed on my system

When I run the .msi, I am getting the following error message.

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.A program run as a part of the setup did not finish as expected.Contact your setup personnel or package vendor".

Please let me know how do I resolve this.

Might the MSI file be corrupted? You could try downloading it again.

Are you installing it from an account with Administrator privileges?

Can you get any other information about what failed?

That kit is three years old already -- do you have another installation on another machine? If so, you can just copy the files. You'll need to add Northwoods.Go.dll to the Global Assembly Cache by drag-and-dropping it in Windows Explorer into the C:\WINDOWS\assembly folder. (Also, if you use them, Northwoods.Go.Layout.dll and Northwoods.Go.Instruments.dll.)
