Changes for 1.6.4:
- Wheel scrolling now respects Diagram.allowHorizontalScroll and Diagram.allowVerticalScroll in all code paths.
The GoJS web site now supports HTTPS, even though there’s no real need for that, being a static web site with no user entry forms.
