Hello!

I am trying to install Go Diagrams 4 on Server 2008, but keep getting the following error when trying to install using the vendor provided MSI either via SCCM or by hand...
H2reg
H2Reg.exe
**Error**
MS Help 2.x runtime files are not installed on this PC.
Installation/Registration of the Help files cannot proceed.
Am I missing a prerequisite for GoDiagrams 4?
Any help would be appreciated.

What version of Visual Studio are you using?

Then you’re installing the wrong kit. VS2010 uses the a new Help system. Go back to our download page and get the GoDiagram 4.1 / VS2010 kit.
