How to disable gojs flowchart upon loading?

I have a gojs flowchart getting loaded upon button click,
i want the flowchart to be non editable, i.e. user should not be able to edit the flowchart once it is loaded.

I tried a number of options but nothing worked for me.

Can you please help ?

I tried disabling the div that contains the model diagram pallet.

However, the link that you referred served the purpose i was looking for.
