How to set node points

Now I want to set the location of the node. I have set the location of the panel, but it doesn’t seem to work. I want to know how I can set the location of the node for guidance

I do not understand your question. Perhaps you do not understand that you can find the Part, which is probably a Node in your case, for any GraphObject by getting its GraphObject.part property value. GraphObject | GoJS API
