I there a way taht Ctrl-scroll on a view centers the zoom on the mouse pointer??? Like Visio does …

If you are talking about the mouse wheel, then if you are using version 2.2.2, it already does. You must be using an earlier version; see http://www.nwoods.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=376
