I do looking for advice, how difficult it would be, if I will try repeat baic functionality of SNMP management software.

Such software is : www.solarwinds.com http://castlerock.com http://www.whatsupgold.com/products/whatsup_gold_premium/index.asp and so on.

Are you asking if GoDiagram can be used to represent the networks? Sure…

Could you post a couple of screenshots of the sorts of diagrams you are looking for?
