Hello,

If we are going to develop an Silverlite client-server application and use it as a service where server will run on our own/leased server will it be Binary Redistribution?

I’m not sure what you mean. Yes, your Silverlight app will be in binary form. No, you do not need to purchase a source code license.

“Binary redistribution” means in this case the GoXam library being copied to other machines, such as your Silverlight app clients.
