Layout not animating after upgrading to 1.7

Hi.

I just upgraded from 1.6.24 to 1.7.11 and I have a function that replaces the diagram layout (tree/grid). Previously, the nodes are animating to their new positions upon changing the layout, now it just updates their locations instantly.

I read through the change log and haven’t seen anything that pertains to this. Maybe it’s a bug?

How are you changing the Diagram.layout? How does that compare with how it’s done in the Fishbone sample? Fishbone Layout

I was merely replacing the layout property.

Thanks for the sample. I guess I forgot to enclose it in a transaction. It’s now working as expected. Thanks!
