We have developers with licenses for the godiagram win 2.6.2 for .net 2.0. We would like to push our nightly build to a build machine which would use NANT to build our executable. Would we require the build machine to have the license as well?

No, each developer must purchase a license and each machine building GoDiagram must have an unlock code, but we can allow you to request more than one unlock code per license to accomodate things like build machines. In fact, by default, each license we issue will allow you to request unlock codes for up to 2 different machines, so you should be able to install GoDiagram on your build machine and run the License Manager to request and install your new unlock codes.
