LimitingSubGraph size problems

I have a LimitingSubGraph that is similar to the NodeLinkDemo sample. I save the LimitingSubGraph location and size information into an xml document. When I restore the LimitingSubGraph from the xml document, the location and size parameters have changed. I have code snipets if needed. How do I overcome this problem. I need to be able to save and load the LimitingSubGraph and have the exact location and size.
