Make selection points in link a part of the scroll bar content

HI

In some cases if u drag the reshaping points outside the view area no scroll bar appears. it is sometimes confusing for the user as on selecting link again the yellow points are not there.

you have to zoom out to see them

is there a way to activate scroll bar for this scenario?

Not exactly a general solution, but you could increase the value of Diagram.Padding.
