Online Connection by Go-Assemblies

We encountered a problem when testing an application that uses the GO Diagram 2.1.2 Assemblies with WINDOWS VISTA.
The VISTA firewall popped up a message that the application wanted to connect to the internet, seemingly originated by the GO assemblies
I found a - pretty old - forum entry :

Is it possible, that the problem is still existing?

All of the 2.2 and later kits do not code-sign the assemblies, so has not been a problem for several years.
