Well, you could translate the code in ParallelLayout.js from JavaScript to C#. The concepts and terminology are very similar to each other, since the JavaScript code was translated from the C# code. But I suppose there have been a few simplifications in GoJS compared to GoXam.
I did a quick search and could not find the equivalent code in GoXam/C#. But I know customers have done this before.
