Hi, I just downloaded the trial version and ran the sample to evaluate the product. I am interested in the Piping diagram. The palette for it has three shapes but the shape to link the two nodes is not present in the palette. So how do I add to the sample Piping diagram, say a new Valve and a Tank linked by a new Pipe?
Drag-and-drop a Valve and a Tank from the palette to the diagram. Then from just inside the ends of the Valve or the edges of the Tank you can drag new Pipes to another Tank or Valve. You can tell when you can do that by when the cursor turns into a hand.
So one doesn’t need to drag a Pipe from the Palette. If you really would prefer to be able to do that, you can do so: the Draggable Link sample demonstrates this.
