Zooming sets the GoView.DocScale property. Sometimes DocPosition is also set to change the effect of the scaling. (Normal scale is DocScale = 1)
Demo1 has menu choices for Zoom In/Out/Normal/to Fit. You can look at how Demo1 implements those.
For Example: "zoom in" in demo1 does this:
this.DocScale = (float)(Math.Round(this.DocScale / 0.9f * 100) / 100);
