Scrolling bug when zooming in

Hi,

I’d like to report a bug in the GoXam diagram. It can be easily reproduced in the the demo samples.
If you zoom in with Ctrl+Mouse Scroll to the maximum you will be no longer able to scroll down or scroll horizontally to the right using the mouse wheel.

The bug appears starting from a certain scale under the maximum.

We are experiencing this issue in the version 2.2.4.

I confirm that the bug was fixed by the new DLL. I am no longer able to reproduce it in the GoWPF examples.
