Is it possible get adornment button shapes as in first screenshot?
How to place adornment buttons circular along with border (blue colour in second screenshot) with equal distance.

You are starting from the wrong sample. Look instead at Buttons in a Circular Adornment . You will want to fiddle with the numbers 80 and 40, which were intentionally hard-coded in that sample.
