can you tell me that is there any way or example threw which i can get help in updating size,height,width,color of selected node

I assume you have read about the ResizingTool: ResizingTool | GoJS API and GoJS Tools -- Northwoods Software.

Have you also seen the color picker used in the Inspector? For example: HTML Interaction
