当我拖动整体结构时，到了边缘就不能拖动了，这是为什么

首先很抱歉我没有表达清楚问题意思，我的结构图禁止了单个节点的拖动，但是没有禁止对整个结构图的拖动，现在的问题就是，我不能将整个结构图拖出文档边缘，似乎有什么东西挡住，不让他拖出外界
