I am trying to group properties and would like to have to data inspector but there properties are overlapping with each other. It is possible to have two inspector for same diagram?

Well, the Data Inspector sample, Data Inspector , has three of them showing different things about the current selection and the data in the model.
I don’t know what you mean by “properties overlapped”.
