Zoom to height

Hi,
Like Zoom to Fit, is there a way to implement Zoom to height?
Means all graphical elements are placed in such way that no vertical scrolling is required while at the same time horizontal scrolling may be required.

Call GoXam for WPF 2.2.4, passing StretchPolicy.UniformtoFill as the first argument.
